Honorary Representative of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Russian Federation in India, Mr Igor Piasetskii, took part in the first "India-and-World" business forum, which took place in Mumbai on April 24, 2024. The Forum was co-organized by the International Coordination Council on Trans-Eurasian Transport (CСTT) and the Federation of Freight Forwarding Associations of India (FFFAI).
As part of this large-scale event, a meeting of the CCTT Working Group on Maritime Logistics was held, as well as a plenary session "India as a Key Player in the Global Economy: Its Impact on Global Connections." Forum participants discussed issues related to the optimization of logistics processes when transporting goods in communication with India and presented successful intermodal container services and promising international infrastructure and integration projects.
An important part of the Forum was the signing of a Memorandum of Cooperation between the All-India Association of Industrialists (AIAI), CCTT and the FESCO Transport Group to promote joint actions in the field of trilateral trade, investment, technology exchange, joint projects, and partnerships.
